Return & Exchange Policy:
Please be aware that we do not accept returns or exchanges for on-demand items.
If your order arrives incorrect or is damaged, please reach out to our customer service team at support@shophiltonpromo.com. Kindly detail the issue and attach a photo of the damaged product or the error in your order. All return requests must be submitted in writing within 14 days of receiving your order
You have the option to return or exchange in-stock merchandise for a full refund (excluding shipping charges, unless the merchandise is defective) within 30 days from the date of purchase. To initiate a return or exchange, please ensure your items are in their original condition, including all tags, parts, and accessories, and accompany them with the completed Hilton Promo Shop Return and Exchange form available here. Please note that we reserve the right to return any item that does not comply with our Return & Exchange Policy.
Exchanges:
For exchanges, simply return the item you wish to exchange along with the completed Hilton Promo Shop Return and Exchange form. Once received, we will proceed with shipping your exchange order.

Worn or Used Items:
Products worn or used by a Hilton Team Member will not be accepted for return. If deemed unacceptable for return, the Team Member will be notified and asked to confirm if they prefer the product be destroyed or returned to their address at the recipient’s expense.
Refunds:
Upon receipt and inspection of the merchandise, refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. For credit card orders, please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to reflect in your account. Please note that shipping charges are nonrefundable.
International Returns and Exchanges:
To return or exchange an International Order, simply follow the same steps you would for a Domestic Order. For international returns and exchanges, please note that we will not be able to refund duties, taxes, or tariffs.
